Steps to watch people passing through the river lock
From the centre of the Piazza looking at the cafe, viewing platform and bridgeI need to now look at the lighting and how the 2nd bridge meets the dark arches and train station. The lighting will form the piazza and enhance the space. I have looked at the 3 precedents below, Torrejieva Theatre, Rotterdam Plaza, New Islington Manchester.
